Early Bid Permits ("we") sends subscribers a daily email listing newly filed building permits in the market, trades and ZIP codes they choose. The information comes from public records published by city and county governments.
We pass along public records as published. Governments can change, delay or correct records, and our trade sorting is automated. We don't guarantee that any permit is complete or accurate, that a project will go ahead, or that you will win any work.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you sign up (currently $99 per market per month). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.
You can cancel at any time by replying "cancel" to any email or by writing to walker@earlybidpermits.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. See Cancellations & refunds.
The emails are for your own business. Please don't resell or republish them. When you contact property owners, follow the laws that apply to you, including do-not-call and anti-spam rules.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
