When you subscribe: your email address, company name, market, trades and ZIP codes. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Only to run your subscription: build and send your daily email, bill you, and answer your questions. We keep a record of which permits we sent you so we never repeat one and can answer billing questions.
We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email) and Cloudflare (website and email routing). Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
Reply "STOP" to any email, or write to walker@earlybidpermits.com, and we'll stop all email to you. We honor requests promptly and keep a do-not-email list so you aren't contacted again.
The permits in our emails are public government records: addresses, permit types, descriptions and, where published, contractor names and job values.
